Wendy's

I've had several very good experiences at the Taos Wendy's. The last time I ate there was Saturday, Jan 31, 2026 around 7:00p (last night). The young lady at the register was Deshana. They were busy, but took my order just a few minutes later. I told her I had time. 10 minutes later she brought my order to my table. I had the $6 biggy meal with the Jr Bacon cheese burger which came with the nuggets - fries were hot and the nuggets nice and crispy. The store was clean - 7 people at one table, 2 at another and 3 at another. Definitely recommend. Get the young blonde gal if you have a choice. The manager was running his tail off (-:

I was served 2 undercooked cold hamburgers at this location, There was ample time to correctly cook 2 hamburgers in the 30 minutes it took to receive the order. I had to refuse a replacement due to the risk of having my food spit into or worse. I was not offered a refund. I can only imagine the type of medical and health violation this could become by serving undercooked food. Obviously there is major staffing issues that are not being addressed in the correct manner, the google reviews only prove my experience and my review of this location. I really hope that Corporate reads this and steps in before it becomes a liability, obviously serving undercooked is a major risk to the community. I only have one question, is a lawsuit worth the risk for profits?

Terrible people I tried ordering food and they wouldn’t serve me and they just looked at me like I was stupid I go to the drive thru there’s a car been waiting longer than I have and no one has taken the order I let them know that they have 3 cars in the drive thru and no one has taken the order and there’s 5 employees in there doing nothing.

I went there on a Tuesday morning and no one acknowledged my presence. No customers in the lobby or drivethru. I asked to be helped and they responded with we are busy. Thanks for not being kind or helpful in any way.

My Honey and I decided to try Wendys after a long boycott due to their food. All I can say is that the boycott will continue. The food we got was horrible. My Honey got the Asiago Chicken that was fried to the point that you could drive a nail with it. While my Baconator's patties were cremated yet the cheese was not even melted. Not to mention the bacon must have been fried with the chicken because it was near black and in tiny burnt pieces. On to the the French fries. One order was hot and salty while the other was cold and bland. For thirty bucks, this place should be ashamed of themselves. Do better Wendys.
