Wendy's

As always the food is good but every other time I come here for lunch there’s an older lady with lighter colored hair in a pony tail working the window, she has a very off putting attitude as if she’s to bothered to grab a packet of sauce when asked for one, I asked for a packet of honey mustard and I got told with a annoyed attitude that they are 50 cents. Now wait a minute you mean to tell me I should pay 50 cents at for a packet of sauce that should be free with purchase of a meal which I did, I spent 12.40 on a over priced burger and you won’t give me a packet of sauce with it.

Went thru the drive thru had to pull up and wait for our food, not sure why because seemed like our burgers had been sitting there for a week. Hard styrofoam like bun. As much as things cost these days the quality should be much better. Safe to say we were highly disappointed and won’t be back!

We ordered a double baconator fries and a Dave's classic. The baconator had 2 pieces of bacon on a a double. 2 pieces. The classic was cold . The fries were the best part of the meal.

It used to be good when I first moved to Tipp, now it's a joke. I have a severely autistic brother, a son who struggles with eating and even I with Type 1 Diabetes. Lately my husband when he picks up the food, we always get our orders to where we're missing something for our order or they make a small fry when we order a large for my brother. It's also a major inconvenience to constantly go back in to get the correct items missing if we happen to catch it. The employees are either oblivious or just don't care. There for a bit it was getting better so we gave them a shot but last few times we went through this again. Sucks because it's close by but we're gonna have to start going to a different location now.

I ordered a spicy chicken fresh, Dave’s single fresh, large fries fresh, and I diet rb zero vanilla. I was met at the first window by two people one the cashier to check me out and the other person a man working in the kitchen to tell me he had a Dave’s single that just came up and if I wanted that now or for him to throw another burger down to try and match the timing with the spicy chicken. I thought that was a smart question and could tell he was working hard to get our order correct. And it made me feel that our order was gonna be hot and fresh. The Dave’s single wasn’t plain like we had asked but the manager didn’t catch her name. But she was super nice and got it fixed right away. Best Wendy’s experience. This is the A team working at Wendy’s! Food tasted great and great service.
