Wendy's

I posted 5 years ago when this Wendy's was going way downhill. I have been coming back recently and I always go through the drive thru. Even though the app never works for me, I order at the speaker and haven't had a problem in forever. Everytime I come, Steven takes my order, he makes sure everything is correct before he hands it to me, and he is just so sweet. He is the best part of my experience there. I came and picked up dinner for my son and I tonight and Steven was excellent again. Everything was correct, fresh, and I even got a couple of extra nuggets. He always takes care of me. I haven't had one issue since he's been on the drive thru. He is great with customers and I would give him a raise myself if I could. Ok we did go through the drivethrough and I got my Sammy plain extra cheese and 1st try was plain and no cheese, ok no biggie went back in and came back with 1 slice of cheese…. So yup 3rd time was the charm and Gary was above and beyond!!! They where a lil busy so I don’t get mad that it was a lil cold by then but it was slightly busy and the staff took the time to correct it twice and make me feel like I wasn’t an intrusion or a bother!!! Great customer service goes a long way!!!!

quite possibly the dirtiest bathroom and dining area I’ve ever seen in my 46 years of life! Also, our chicken nuggets came with some kind of white sludge on them, and when we told the manager about it, she said something was wrong with their fryer, but then prepared 10 more that looked completely normal for us!?? The soda machine was out of ice and they had to give us cups over the counter of ice. Also, the soda machine had no carbonation, so all of our sodas were flat.

Was served a childs burger with a large bite already taken out. This was for my child, which he was about to eat it until I saw the bite. Absolutely horrible... why would you even package and serve a burger with a bite taken out of it already? Absolutely horrible... beyond words. Never go here.

Picked up our order through Door Dash App. Paid $18 for 2 Dave's Doubles they were absolutely Horrible, 1 Thin slice of Tomato, literally 1 pickle, Burger was dry couldn't find mayo or ketchup on that thing (Was actually melted on the bun) Few shreds of lettuce, when I say a Few shreds that's what I mean. This place has gone down hill just like every other restaurant on that corner. Don't understand how something can be so expensive but yet made so cheap. Totally Disappointing. Fries were ok.
