The photo speaks for itself. This is absolutely disgusting, the bun is soggy and wet and created this weird gross texture. How does this even happen ?
Wendy's burgers are my favorite. Staff were nice and we had good conversations as I got my food. Didn't have to wait to long at all. Don't mean to ding the place for atmosphere but it is just a fastfood restaurant, nothing to fancy going on in there
When I go through the drive through in the evenings the customer service is top notch. The food comes out hot and with a friendly attitude. There is a gentleman that greets you with such a nice hello and smile. The other employees are just as nice . It is the best Wendy’s I’ve been to.
The sidewalk outside was all ice, the soda machine seems to be broken and leaking soda all over the floor. Only 3 people on duty, and more attention seems to be spent taking care of online orders than servicing customers at the counter. Food was good.
I saw Wendys (in general) was offering a Veterans Day breakfast. The door was supposed to open at 9, was still locked at 905. They were not offering the VD breakfast. Another place off my list for the next year. Went to BK instead, at least they offered a 10% veteran discount everyday and a free coffee today.
