Wendy's

My daughter loves Wendy's! It's our go to place when my picky eater is hungry. As a result of her picky palate, we have been to many, many, many Wendy's. I gotta say this particular Wendy's was the fastest I have been to. It was clean, roomy, and actual humans took my order. Polite, well-spoken folks. The food itself was like all other Wendy's. Pretty darn good, IMO.

While I understand they will be very busy at the end of the night when Busch Gardens closes, it took over 45 minutes to get through the drive thru. The worst part was that I had placed a mobile order, but still waited for over 10 minutes directly at the pickup window for the food (that had been ordered more than 45 minutes earlier). And it was COLD when we received it! For a simple order of chicken nuggets and one kids meal, this was an extremely disappointing experience. There were at least 3 workers inside just standing around talking in front of the window the majority of the time we waited at the window also.

Best fast food experience I’ve had in a long time. A nice change from the usual poor service you get at other restaurants. I’ve been here a few times over the past month and the service is always fast and friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh.

The staff was more than professional and it was very apparent the manager was holding all employees to the policies and rules of Wendy's. She wanted everything to be perfect and her team worked with purpose and efficiency. Ive seen "chefs" who couldn't get their crew to be like how they were. Honestly, eating here was the highlight of my family's trip to Williamsburg and we all agreed it would be a new tradition to visit this location everytime we came up

I stopped by here to get my usual order and thought how nice of a location this was. I ordered a chicken ranch wrap and added bacon, onions, and pickles (which does cost extra). The gentleman taking my order nicely stated they couldn’t do that, and had to put it on the side. I was confused, because I’ve never had this said to me at any other location. So, a lady came over the speaker and said more firmly they wouldn’t do it because the wrap would fall apart and can’t hold it. Okay, whatever, no big deal, I said I’ll get it on the side and put it on myself. I’m not sure if they were being petty or having a bad day, but it sure would have fit into the wrap considering they gave me only a “piece” of each. I was so looking forward to this simple meal and it was so disappointing.
