Wendy's

Normally, the food I get here is perfectly fine. However, today my experience was the opposite. I normally don’t order the original chicken sandwiches, this time I ordered (2) original and (1) spicy. It appears the original chicken sandwiches have been sitting in the warmer area all day. My chicken breast was so hard, super dry, rubbery and hard. Take a look at these photo. I was looking for my receipt to add more details, but it’s interesting how the receipt didn’t make it to my bag. Please connect with the individual in charge of the chicken sandwich station. ☺️ Thank you

This place is terrible! Do not go here! Makes you pull up and wait for cold food that it’s disgusting. Horrible attitudes. Argued with me about a honey mustard I asked For and tried to charge me money for one when I ordered nuggets. Sorry you work at Wendy’s but fix your attitude and food. It suck’s. They should seriously close it down.

Had to use the bathroom ready bad. Needed to have a one on one = (2) conversation with the toilet. Finished my conversation to find out there was no toilet paper 🧻. This was at 705am smh. Don't understand why there wasn't any at all. Makes me think they dont clean the bathroom either. Probably wondering "well what did you use then" mind yo business. I made it work out but I shouldn't have to be uncomfortable to do so. I didn't wanna eat here bc if the bathroom can't be taking care of theeennn 🤔. Wendy's y'all have to do better. I'm giving this place the first ever -5/10 do better then better smfh.

The parking lot was a sheet of ice, almost slipped carrying my son inside, no where to change a baby, the back of the toilet lid was missing in the ladies room, the men's room was nasty, the staff was very rude, the food was very disgusting, the whole restaurant was very nasty and disgusting. We love Wendy's but we will not return to that one while we travel.

The restaurant was clean. It’s an easy on/off of I-95. We did have to wait a while at the counter to be acknowledged. My order was not correct but was fixed.
