West Avenue Pizzeria

My fiance and I ordered pizza for the super bowl hours ahead of time from here. We waited for over an hour past our pick-up time for multiple pizzas which NEVER came. There were no staff up front to assist and dozens of people there experiencing the same issue. I find this extremely unprofessional and rude. It is clear that they have no comprehension of time management and do not have an accurate gauge of their turn around time. I understand the business is busy and I am perfectly okay with waiting, however, exceeding your pick-up time by over an hour and a half is not reasonable. I would also like to add that the owner came out and told people that were frustrated that they could leave. That sounds like great business! The pizza is amazing. I had the Chicago and cheese pizza. Crust was perfect and I am ordering again. They have the perfect menu. The Long Island Spinach is amazing. The honey pepperoni is curled that's how you know it's good. It didn't disappoint

I have been using West Ave for my Christmas Eve dinners, this was my 3rd year .. I feed 10 or more, his food is outstanding and my whole family looks forward to it each year. one of the best chicken marsala & mac cheese i have ever had. also the boneless chicken cacciatore !! Yummy Victoria R

My main focus is the fact i waited 30+ minutes for 2 small dishes. I watched 10+ people order after I did and get served long before. Tell ur cooks to stop being slow, push tickets out, you sell faster which creates room for increased amount of orders thus more money and customers will be happier and want to come back when they get their food in 10 vs 30+

Fifteen of us were in over the weekend. I was grateful they offer GF pizza, as I can't eat wheat. I've visited many other shops and this was truly the BEST GF pizza by far than any I've ever had! The crust was crispy, it was a bit larger than most, awesome temperature, with perfectly melted cheese. Staff were welcoming and on point! I live about 35 minutes away but would drive to West Avenue Pizzeria again!
