The staff is so sweet. The food is absolutely amazing and the prices are fantastic! They were so thoughtful and recommended amazing dishes. There’s nothing bad on the menu. Best Chinese food I’ve had! Highly recommend everything. We had a table full of food and only paid $30 between two people. The price is right! The quality was even better!

I have never had a meal here that I didn't enjoy to the fullest! Tonight we started with hot and sour soup, which is indeed hot and delicious, and went on to the Crispy Beef, which usually comes spicy hot, but was made mild special for me. That's another wonderful part of West Lake Gourmet--the pleasure they take in satisfying their customers. I could say so much more. Mary, the owner, her husband, Michael and her daughter, Emily keep things going quickly in an atmosphere of friendship! I eat here about once a week, not just because the food is the best but because the people are now friends.

An Easthampton "best chinese food in the area tik tok" came up on my fy page and everyone in the comments was saying noooo go to West Lake in Southampton..like alot of ppl. So we got a pu pu platter for 2 last night and dayyummmm. It was fire. Everything was excellent. Best egg roll I've ever had. Hands down. The crab rangoons aren't sweet like alot of places which was awesome. Chicken fingers, chicken is tender and not that weird rubbery crap you find elsewhere. Even the lil red ribs were tender and delicious! My husband said the chicken wings wre good too! Def reccomend 10/10 our new favorite spot!

This is my favorite Chinese food in the area, maybe ever, honestly. Everything is always so fresh and delicious. If you order something crispy it’s going to be so crispy but still so light in the best way ever. You will not be disappointed with anything you order here. Also, the staff are amazing and so so nice and the food always comes quickly and hot!

This food is fresh and delicious. There’s no reason for this to have anything less than five stars. It’s genuine good Chinese takeout. Everyone is always so polite, so kind, and the food is always fresh tasting. In the all years I’ve been ordering I’ve never had a bad order come through.
