West of Chicago Pizza Company

First time visit and NOT for the pizza but the Italian beef sandwich (as a huge fan of The Bear tv show). This sandwich was heaven- bountifully stuffed with beef topped with awesome Chicago Style Hot Giardiniera (which I am going to make at home). The roll was the perfect host to this terrific sandwich- soft background to the filling. Also tried the meatball Parma sandwich, terrific, and the meatball deep dish pizza, fantastic. It took over 45 minutes to get here for pickup from north Seattle but well worth the ordeal of traffic. Will definitely return!

Really good Chicago-style pizza! Just make sure that you read the entire website as they stop taking dine-in orders at 8:00 p.m. and they stop taking pick up or to go orders at 8:20pm. We showed up at 8:10 and could not eat on the first night so we came back on a different night and the food was actually pretty good!

One of our favorite places for deep dish pizza. My husband is an Italian beef lover and is fussy about it, and he always gets a sandwich while we wait❤️

I went here for the very first time today March 8th, 2026, Im disappointed I forgot to snap a picture. I was born and raised in Chicago, my favorite Chicago food is the ITALIAN BEEF, so this is what I ordered today, and boy I tell ya! West of Chicago Pizza Company located at 3770 SW Alaska St, Seattle Wa 98126 have served me ONE OF THE BEST ITALIAN BEEF'S IVE HAD IN MY LIFE! This I promise you! I got mine soaked, with their cheese sauce and extra giardiniera peppers, the sandwich was beautiful and DELICIOUS! I'll be sure to snap a pic next time. I've been disappointed with other spots here in Seattle, dont waste your time ANYWHERE ELSE, if you're looking for anything close to a Chicago style Italian beef or better AAAAND for a GOOD REASONABLE PRICE, West of Chicago Pizza Company's Italian

Best tavern style pizza in Seattle, no contest. My partner is from Chicago. We have tried the other “Chicago pizza” spots in Seattle & West of Chicago is the only one we absolutely love.
