West Village Dining Commons

We were touring GT campus and lots of students were recommending us to eat here ! I actually liked it . Students eat in north Avenue campus and the west side is Mnuchin better in my opinion ! Lots of seats inside to sit and eat . They have a couple of floors . Good and fresh food / pizza / ice creams / desserts etc . I also like the outside seating . Nice and airy .. only disadvantage is the long walk from east campus . It took us about 20 mins or more to take a casual stroll . If not for waking this place is really good . 4 stars for the food and service . ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They give you enough slop to feed a 3 year old and get pissed when you ask for more. Its entertaining when they shoot at each other though, kind of like medieval times.

I suppose those on meal plans would find the food here monotonous. But if you're trying this wide-variety all-you-can-eat buffet once in a blue moon (like me), you'll surely like it!

In my most humble and honest opinion, I find it absolutely absurd and ridiculous that the ice cream bar always closes 15-20 minutes before closing. This cannot possibly be accepted from a consumer's perspective when I am paying thousands of dollars towards a meal plan. Quite frankly, my experiences here have been mostly positive, but this reoccurring action has ruined my dining experience nearly every night.

Really not very good food, plus it's miserable to walk through bc the hallways are so tight. Also the images of food in the description aren't accurate at all; a lot of the food looks like this (and tastes similar to how it looks). At least there's a nice view from the 3rd floor and the people who operate the cafe up there are nice
