Western Omelette (Original Est. 1992)

In Colorado Springs to help my sick Dad. One of the Doctors recommended we try this Mom and Pop. We have now been here twice in 3 days! Most of the menu have huge portions and was great ti basically have lunch and dinner from one meal. Haha! First time was breakfast! I am not a huge pancake person, but these pancakes were the best I have ever had. Added blueberries and they were soooooo goood! You could smell the vanilla from them. Bacon was amazing and crispy. The omelet i had was fantastic and I added some of there famous green chile with some sour cream... perfection!! I'm here another week and likely come back for breakfast the day I leave.

Gotta say everything was excellent! Started off with their tasty Tropical Giggle Juice which lived up to its name! I then ordered the build your own omelette with tomato, onion, sausage and American cheese as well as a side of their yummy mild chili. When in the area make sure you stop by!

The food here is amazing and the staff are so fun! They care about their regulars and warmly welcome new folks too. Even the patrons are a treat 💕 definitely a great breakfast/brunch stop!

Very short tempered server. Expensive, which is one thing but to have rude service is another. Also, be careful if you have a larger party. 20% tip is automatically added to your receipt with parties over 6 people. Server did not mention it so we almost over tipped for sub par service.

All I have to say is eat here. Went in for the first time and the food was great! Tons of different stuff to try and huge portion. I would imagine that this place gets packed we went in pretty early and it was somewhat busy. We just wanted some basic breakfast meals the first time trying the place but we saw some of the plates that were brought out to the other customers and everything looked so good. We will definitely be heading back to this spot for sure!! Loved it here!
