Weston Public Library

This library is very cute looking (in my opinion) and hold a lot of public events. Inside, there's a children's room, an adults section, and a conference room. In the children's room, there are computers for learning games, a little kids zone, and some kid-friendly books. They also have movies and games that you can check out. In the adults section, there are also some computers and it's very peaceful. The conference room always has a club going on like the graphic novel club or the pokemon club. The staff are very friendly too. In all, this is a mostly kids-friendly library with an adult section.

I love our little library. I can always find a good read in print, and the staff are so helpful. I am so proud of it that I’m on the Board of Directors of the Friends of the Weston Library that hosts and supports many of the virtual and on-site programs. Come visit us and use your library card to check out books, videos, and craft kits when available. Or join one of the regular groups.

The Weston Public Library is arguably the most well-refined, welcoming, comfortable, well-run public library in all of Fairfield County. From the moment that I walked in, I knew that it would be a pleasant experience. The automated doors gently whirred open, and I was greeted with that all-too-familiar library smell as if the essence of the entire building was saying “welcome.” I took a beat to become acquainted with the ambient noises: the faint hiss of pencils on paper, the joyful sound of youth discovering literature, the gurgle of the cappuccino machine, the positive back-and-forth between librarian and patron, pages flipping, shoes shuffling – it sounded as a library should. Finally, after that moment, I advanced into the library's main lobby only to be met by the shocking number of D

Lovely classic looking public library. Children's areas is cozy with lots of books and a play table, plus puzzles and computers.
