Wetzel's Pretzels

had a very disappointing experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels in Bellevue Square. The customer service was rude, and the employee seemed like she didn’t want to be there. I was trying to use a $5 reward and asked why it wasn’t working. Instead of explaining, she kept saying “next customer” before I could finish asking my question. When I tried to complete my purchase, she again said “next customer” and moved on to someone else without letting me finish my purchase. It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I hope management looks into improving the customer service experience at this location.

The pretzels are so good, always so busy here but well worth the wait! Highly recommend coming by, the cheese dogs are real good. Yummy pretzels. Staff greeted us kindly and energetically. Fast service and good value. I will definitely come here again.

They were helping another customer when we arrived and moving very slowly physically. Almost to the point where it seemed like they were taking their time on purpose although they were not We ordered just one basic pretzel with salt, warmed up It was my son's first time there since he can now have dairy (butter) and it cane out 1/8 burned with 8 pieces of salt on it, including the ones that had fallen off the pretzel and were in the bag Needless to say, he was not impressed. Neither of us will be returning.
