Wetzel's Pretzels

NO! DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered 2 pretzel dogs and one of them was literally RAW dough in the center, only found out halfway through and the lady wouldn’t even refund me, she literally couldn’t care less and was on her phone the whole time and proceeded to put the HALF EATEN pretzel dog back in the oven (extremely unsanitary) put the tongs she used BACK INTO the warming case and said the issue was “resolved” now i have been throwing up nonstop because of her straight up incompetence! Do NOT eat here, you will more than likely get food poisoning and salmonella like I did!

Hello, so first off the lady at the counter (her name is Mira/Meera) had a kid there. But before helping the customer before me. She was extremely rude to her staff(2 guys who looked like teenagers) she was yelling at her staff about some mishap. Then she aggressively asked the customer in front of me to order. After he placed his order she then pointed at me and my daughter and said what do you want? I was annoyed at this point. Due to her rudeness and unkind behavior towards everyone she approached. I went to place my order and then she customer which ordered before said his pretzels were cold and politely asked if he could have the warmed up. She looked at him and said they are fresh. I then spoke and said if these pretzels are old could I please order a fresh one. She got irritated and

The lady that works at this place is awful!! She's either on her phone when you want to order or she can't be found. She is sitting with friends talking and making customers wait. She never has anything cooked but pretzel bites only. Bad atmosphere and bad service. I won't be back and my friends won't be back. Get someone else to run this place!!!!!!

Not sure what is going on, this place is usually good. I've been standing here for a while, and there is NOBODY working the counter. No employee in sight, and nobody came out from the back room when I called out. Another lady waited for a while and gave up. I'm about to do the same. Weird, because there's usually a sweet lady always here to greet me and take my order.

The Kiwi Strawberry slushy was clearly not slushy, and the person still tried to sell it to us saying that it was supposed be that way and the others were too frozen. We asked for a fresh pretzel, and were told all were fresh... and yet told us not to choose that pretzel in the window, and get the bites instead. And then didn't serve us all what we ordered until we complained we were missing a bag.
