Wetzel's Pretzels

We got a snack after our dinner because we weren’t satisfied. We ended up doing Wetzel’s Pretzels because it was quick. I got the Dog Bites which were really good. Service was quick and friendly, which I appreciated!

You can't go wrong with a pretzel at Disney Springs! The service was super helpful. When I experienced some technical difficulties when attempting to scan my gift card, one of the ladies behind the counter didn't hesitate to come around to the front and sort out the issue. The pretzels were quite scrumptious!!! HIGHLY recommend the pretzel bites; they're very shareable :) We also got cheese dip, which I would personally say is a must. Additionally, we were offered a free lemonade sample as soon as we approached the register, which my teen daughter was more than happy to accept. She gives it two thumbs up 👍🏻 👍🏻 All in all, wonderful experience. Good food and service, great way to start our Disney Springs adventure 🥨

A lot like one of those shopping mall stands, but it’s branded by Disney. There’s really no reason to come here, except if you really want a pretzel or you visit Disney Springs often. However, I had a good experience here. The service offered samples, and was friendly with me. However, there’s no set prices until you actually get to the cashier. There was a big portion of pretzels, so make sure you share! The pretzels were greasy, but the texture and tastes make up for it. Overall, a good place.

They want $12.50 for 5 mozzarella sticks, then want an additional $2.50 for the marinara sauce that goes and is pictured with it. So $15 for 5 mozzarella sticks with sauce. All of the pretzels we got were hard. For three of us to eat with drinks it was $83. The girl taking our order was also rude and seemed to hate her job and customers. Zero stars.

Tried to pay cash after ordering my food, and haded them a 20 dollar bill only to have it handed back to me because they "couldn't take cash at this time". When in all reality the person working the register was unable to accept cash because another employee locked the register and refused to give him the password to unlock it. All of this transpired in front of a line of people. Awful service and awful teamwork. If I could leave 0 stars I would.
