Wetzel's Pretzels

I've been eating at this place for decades, and simply put, nobody makes better pretzels. Gooey, perfectly salted, amazing cheese sides. I recommend getting Wetzel Bitz instead of full pretzels because it's more bang for your buck. I love all the limited time items offered over the years, my absolute favorite was probably the frozen horchata, but the current nutella bitz dessert is pretty tasty as well. I feel like the only reason the Auntie Anne's by MSU is in business is because people don't want to make a trek to the mall just for pretzels, but it is genuinely worth it in my opinion. If you're at the mall, it's crucial that you make a quick stop at Wetzel's. It will make any day much better

Food is great but the behavior of your staff is absolutely disgusting! A male staff member spoke derogatory towards two girls who were making pretzels; said a homophobic slur. Hate speech! If this tolerated, I won't be returning! Absolutely disgusting! You should be ashamed!! I am incredibly appalled and disgusted.

I usually love the people who work here, but we just came by and had a very unkind service experience. We tried to order pretzels, not realizing how close to closing we were, and the worker that helped us said that they didn’t have any more pretzels, which is completely fine. We ordered drinks and my boyfriend didn’t hear her right and tried ordering pretzels again, our bad for sure, but we were apologetic about it, and instead of being kind about it she said “as you can see, there are no pretzels, do you have eyes? You have eyes right?” Very rude and unacceptable as someone who also works in the fast food industry. After she got us our drinks I watched her turn to her coworker that had just come out from the back, and mimicked a crying motion and raise her middle fingers up. I get having

Consistently always delicious. Every time my family comes to Wetzel's Pretzels we are greeted by friendly smiles and great food. We love this place so much we often times try and recreate their recipe at home, which takes hours. Take it from me, take the easy road and stop in for a yummy bite. Oh! The soft pretzels from this chain are quite possibly the best ones I've had in my life. And the staff here are always pretty chill. Any time I'm in the area, I almost always pick some pretzels up for either myself or to share. Keep up the good work!
