Wetzel's Pretzels

Super expensive for the amount of food they give you. Beware of the mini dogs! They are always undercooked!!! I went to complain and the worker did not give me a new order she gave me 3 little mini dogs only! 3 pcs like what in the world??? Do better please !!

I do like this place better than Auntie Anne's, but one pretzel and one dipping sauce will set you back more than $10!!!!!! Still loving the non-burnt pretzels here.

Small location Tasty pretzel :) Good service I feel bad there's only 1 worker but it's a micro location and can't be helped.

Just have to share my negative experience at the mall kiosk. I went in today and the worker was telling me about her day and influencing me to call the owner and complain about another worker, mind you this was my first time buying at this mall. She gave me the owners name Paul and his cell phone number she asked to please complain about a worker named Marcela or Maricela and say she gave me bad service upstairs even though I had never been upstairs before. I went upstairs and was attended by her and she was such a sweet lady and I do not understand how they have workers luring customers in to be shady on their behalf, I remember her name tag said Monica. If Monica hates her job she shouldn't be taking it out on other workers who clearly are more professional than her. Also should NOT be

Purchased about $30 worth of food & the young lady has a stack of coupons at the register, she gave me one but as I’m leaving the mall I’m checking out the coupon to come to see that the coupon expired 2 years ago???!!
