Wetzel's Pretzels

The pretzels are sooo good when they are fresh. The dips are good. The customer service is great! The lemonade taste good. I got the mini cinnamon bites with the sweet glaze. So good! I also got the pretzel dogs. They were a little old but still not too bad. I also got the mini salted pretzel bites with the cheese dip and they were fresh out the oven. It was like heaven in every bite 😂😂😂😂My son and I ate everything except the salted minis. There were way too many. They give you a huge portion!

Pretzels hit the spot when you are looking for a fun snack after walking all over the mall. Friendly staff. Plenty of seating around the counter. A bit steep on the price.

Terrible customer service at the stand near abercrombie store. I think the lady's name that was working there was Norma. If they cannot provide the services they're hire to do maybe customer service is not for them.

I’m not sure if the place is under new ownership or the new people just don’t know how their own system works. They offer fresh or frozen lemonade with boba, but the owner refused to provide it. She made a completely different drink than what was asked and told me to mix it with the lemonade I wanted. They didn’t know any of what they were selling. I was here a couple months ago and I got the drink I originally wanted. The lady’s husband didn’t know how to work the register and just kept telling people that there was something wrong with their credit cards. The same man kept changing the charges on our receipt. At the end I just wanted to pay an leave.

I usually don’t leave reviews I’m always the one to check them first. This place located in the Santa Ana mall is absolutely disgusting. I purchased the dog bites and pizza bites. 1st they were cold and not fresh, 2nd there was a HAIR on the dog bites!! When I went to return it the manager he was not phased or apologetic as if this happens often! Once he gave me my refund back I went upstairs and I kid you not watched him and another employee FEEL the returned bites and placed them BACK into the case! Extremely unsanitary and poor service. Do not eat here!
