Wetzel's Pretzels

So I ordered from the Wetzel’s app, which is horrid in its remodel, and it states my original butter and saulted pretzel would be ready in 12:50pm, 10 mins after I placed the order. When I got there it should have been ready and it wasn't. It was still in the oven and would be 5 more minutes. When I asked if I could have one of the two already-made ones in the warmer I was told “they weren't for me” and I had to “just wait.” I then watched the young lady drop her black glove on the floor, pick it up and put it on. Luckily, they never touch the food with those gloves or I would have been livid but I was on a time crunch to get to work. I stepped aside to use the restroom, came back and she was trying to stick my bag closed, which didn't work, and gave me my order at 12:59pm. I got to my car

This store is located inside of Walmart at the front of the store by the cash registers At first it was hard for us to find it but managed to find it before we gave up looking. Friendly staff and very clean. Happy to know this location is open as the one at the mall isn't. Will definitely be going back again.
