Wetzel's Pretzels

The people who work here must be tone deaf. I ordered a pretzel and the cashier said “small nibs” I said no the salted big one then she went to go grab the small one. 3 times !Then she forgot my dip then I asked her for a small frozen lemonade and she pours the liquid one. She then said $15 I did a gasp and asked her did you say $15 for all this ? She said yes. I said that is crazy and said no thank you and left. Crazy crazy prices for a pretzel and a lemonade and a little size dip

Pretzels were good. Hot, fresh and ready to consume. Ordered regular and cinnamon. Half the bag was filled with the cinnamon topping, while the regular pretzels were your typical butter coated. Pricey for what you get, 2 bags were close to $11.

Just bought one and glow piece came out of in it(finger tip part). It was funny it says we bake safe at the register. Never go back there again ... not healthy should he checked out. Update: the corporate office offred and game coupons two order of pretzels:) Which i would never use

In all honestly, the Mango Boba Fresh Lemonade was good. My only problem was that I was ready to have Boba pearls popping in my mouth, but the straw was too small to suck up the pearls. 😭 You'd better stop by a dollar store or shoprite for bigger straws before you order this. I took the top off and drank it like that, which took some of the fun out if it.

i saw the mozzarella stick advertisement on the wall with tomato sauce so i added them to my order. As rhe cashier bagged my order, she didn’t put the tomato sauce so i asked if there was sauce to go with the mozzarella sticks she stated no. I asked why there was tomato sauce in the picture then she replied “it’s just a picture.” That’s false advertising so i asked her to return that part of my order (i still wanted the rest) the cashier was rude and didn’t even know how to do the return she had to facetime someone on her phone to learn how to do so with three other people there working as well which took about 20 minutes. Then she returned the entire order and told me i had to pay again and none of my money was returned. PLS DO BETTER.
