Wetzel's Pretzels

Icy customer service and subpar experience. Ice cream was chewy and had ice crystals /freezer burn..it tasted awful. The hot dog pretzel bites with mustard were good, but the terrible customer service from the young guy working last Sunday left a terrible aftertaste. Not sure I would return. 👎🏼👎🏼

This place is located inside Walmart parking lot. It will be on inside on the Southside entrance: They have chairs inside so you can enjoy your food. The staff is super friendly and nice. This was my first time going, and will probably only go back if Im ever at that Walmart. I love Pretzels specially Pretzel Maker and this place fell short to both Pretzel Maker and Auntie Annes. To me the pretzels were lacking flavor. Anywho this is more of a passer by place in case youre there type of place.

I came to buy mozzarella cheese bread and was told to wait 10–15 minutes because the female staff was out. When she returned, she clearly rushed and turned the heat too high — the bread was burnt outside and all the cheese melted out. After waiting so long, I ended up with something ruined and inedible. If this shop keeps employees with such irresponsible attitudes, customers will have no reason to ever come back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered combined on Door Dash. As I’ve done in the past, with no issues. This time I’m so grossed out. Get to the bottom of my cinnamon bites and the last 2 have BANDAIDS!!! BANDAIDS on them! I’ve reported this to the Utah Board of Health and to Door Dash. This is completely unacceptable!

First time coming to America and I heard that Wetzels was a very popular pretzel place to visit. Absolutely delicious items, especially the jalaroni and pizza bits. Leandro was such a wonderful employee, everything was perfect and he was such a delight, recommending me items that were absolutely delicious. I came in 11ish in the morning and he was running the place confidently and swiftly by himself. He was very professional and tending to myself and other customers with full attention.
