I'd like to say a big thank you to Christy. She was so sweet, kind and helpful. She made sure my food was delicious. When I received it, it was cold, but she made sure they made me fresh food. Christina was a bit rude when I mentioned my food was cold, but she did make sure I got fresh food. To the owner this is the best and friendliest whataburger I have been to. Calvin Jerry and Ashton they are all friendly and the speed of service was fast. Will definitely return to this whataburger when we have another doctor appointment in Houston.

Bad service. Had a problem with the order, manager very argumentative, and refused to give me her name. She finally told me she would replace the item that was done incorrectly and bringing my receipt. But still refused to give me her name. Most whataburgers are really good, my experience with this one in Baytown Texas on 146 was horrible. These days there are a lot of places that really don't care about the customer and being professional. Thi s place appears to be one of them

I rarely leave reviews but they took care of me here. My wife put an online order for breakfast at like 10:50 am little did she show she put it for 10.50 pm. We pull up about 11:10 to get our food and they inform us that we put the order for that night. They proceeded to turn on the breakfast burners and make it all right even though it was our fault. Good Management. They even through in a extra biscuit sandwich for the wait.

Oh my goodness! This is the slowest, most organized restaurant I have ever been to in Baytown. I ordered my food online and waited until it was supposed to be ready before going in. Once inside, I waited another 30 minutes while crew members roamed aimlessly about the place, and people were held hostage awaiting their orders. I had a young man come to me and ask for my order 3 duodenal times only to say that it was coming shortly every time. These were false statements every time. I finally broke and asked for a refund. The kind lady who helped me was so embarrassed by how the staff was running as she wasn't even supposed to be there. Thank goodness she was, though. She gave me my refund & fulfilled my order. I hope this was fluke and this isn't how they always operate. But i won't be goin
