Whataburger

The food here is great, the service is good, and the atmosphere is average. Most of the time, this location is clean. The employees do great work. When I think about their professionalism and attention to detail, I feel proud of them. I've been to many locations. My biggest complaint all around(not just here at this location), is the crap music and the volume of it. It's too loud. If you ask them to turn it down, they either ignore you, look at you like you've done something wrong, or both. I prefer a relaxing dining experience to a loud speaker blasting "Love Shack" in my ear first thing in the morning! My advice: You should play better music AT AN ACCEPTABLE VOLUME. This Whataburger is getting as good as my old ones in Texas. The new manager, Adam S., has improved the food quality and the staff is hustling whenever I visit. I had the Monterrey Melt today for lunch and that was super tasty and spicy. Loved it. Keep up the food quality and service.

Cleanest hamburger joint I've been too. The food was very fresh and hot. The service was outstanding. Had my two older grandkids with me and they went back for more food and milkshakes, saying the milkshakes were best they'd had. Thanks for making our last stop on our day/evening out so enjoyable!

Y'all need to hire more people on overnights at this location, you have Walmart employees that take lunches at 1am, 2am, and 3 am. As well as all the people using door dash. Yet you proceed to run the store with only 2 people? I bet y'all pay them minimum wage, and yet 2 people having to fill literally 50-100 orders? That's kinda wild, I'm surprised they don't walk out. These two dudes are absolute troopers. So dear owner of this location, if you care at all about your overnight employees and customers. Bring more people onto the overnight crew. Otherwise you're going to lose money from people canceling ordersor walking out the doors because of them having to wait 30minutes to an hour for an order.
