Whataburger

Okay, I just had the most amazing experience at this particular water burger. I'm not going to leave a lot of detail. Because it's nobody's business. But the person involved knows who she is.And let me tell you that was just the most incredibly sweet thing, an employee has ever done for me! The food tasted amazing, and it's just the customer service.... That was unexpected, and out of this world. Thank you so much!

I don’t normally take the time to write reviews but tonight, I felt compelled to share what I witnessed. First of all, I haven’t been to this whataburger in five years. Back then, the service was horrible, the food was always cold, and I could never understand why the burgers n food in general here, never taste the same as it does in a big town, after all this is Whataburger. Well tonight it’s late (6:45pm) I was craving the chicken sandwich meal deal, so I decided to give Whataburger another try. Allow me to share my observations upon entering. First, I was greeted by a man with a beard named Adam. He took my order and repeated it back to assure the order was correct, then rang me up. I could tell he was management because he was dressed differently and noticed that I haven’t been served…

The food was simply amazing!!! The burger was HOT AND FRESH, and the fries were HOT CRISPY AND CRUNCHY!!!!!! Adam is an AMAZING manager and the restaurant is always clean and the staff is super friendly!!! Customers continue to come here because of the fast and friendly service, and the cook to order fresh and hot food. I work hard for every dollar that I earn, and that is why I do not mind spending my money and my time at the Brenham location for my breakfast, lunch, and dinner. On a scale of 1 to 10, the Brenham Whataburger receives a 20!!!!!!!!

we’ve been here for over 20 something min & not busy at all for this wait to take so long. there’s a lot of workers, they’re not understaff. This is bad 😬😬😬😬I asked for mayo mustard & ketchup. the guy in the front didn’t put it so i went up there and told him he didn’t put it & he told me he’ll tell them. i get my burger & NOOO ketchup lol

just had an amazing experience at this establishment. The food was cooked perfect, came out hot. It’s nice to see the manager actively involved. The manager’s name was Amy and she was making sure everything was running smoothly. The kindness I witnessed should be an example for how all managers at any establishment should treat employees. it is obvious why she has earned manager title.
