Whataburger

I ordered food through the Whataburger app for delivery, and when I opened the bag there was a roach in my food. I called Whataburger and spoke with the manager Tom. He was very nice but very unwilling to give me a refund for the 57$ worth of food we couldn’t eat. He told me to contact skipcart. So I spent an hour looking for a number to call, and they do not have a reachable customer service number so I emailed their help line with no results. I just want my money back.

I recently learned about this spot from a friend and I have been missing out. The burgers are big and flavorful! I especially love the spicy ketchup with the fries, it adds a nice little kick.

The location on hwy 29 can NEVER get an order correct inside or drive thru. Went inside today and order was wrong again and cashier didn’t seem to care, Actually paying for food and not getting it is theft . Never, ever leave without checking your order. I have been shorted so much food here I am never going back. They lost a very loyal and regular customer today, but just seems no one cares here when your order is incorrect

Was my first visit ever, and they clapped and cheered for that. Ordered a Bacon Cheese Double Whataburger.... oh my goodness!!! Its AMAZING. The food is good quality, good tasting, theyre friendly and inviting. I wish I lived near this place, id go everyday. The manager was especially friendly (10/17/25 @6pm, was a tall older white male with glasses... super friendly and efficient).
