Whataburger

Edit: The manager Shay was beyond nice and extremely apologetic. After she reviewed the videos she noticed it was not blood but it was red syrup they used for a new drink there that was on the workers glove. I appreciate her calling and keeping me posted while she investigated Went through the drive thru tonight at 8pm. When we got home it looks like blood on the inside and outside of my box. I’m disgusted

whoever took my order needs a attitude check. we got pulled forward (after she was EXTREMELY rude on the speaker, also like to add NO patients!) a different lady came out, we informed her our sprites were out and she came back (very nice lady) and said they were saying inside the building that we were tripping, but it tasted like Alka-Seltzer. the owner employee admitted to that. we then realized our apple pie and ranch we asked for was not in the bag. at the speaker she finished our order for us and i had a feeling she was going to say that i didn't order the ranch. the nice lady goes inside and the rude employee comes out with my pie and says i need to pay for ranch because i didn't ask for it. shes argumentative and probably going to try to defend herself the way she was to her co worke

Recently had our first experience with Whataburger and we were very impressed. The food was amazing. We loved that they let you completely customize your sandwiches during online and door dash ordering. All of our special requests were captured and how we ordered our sandwiches is how we got them. We will definitely be back again and can't wait to try the sandwiches we didn't try this time.

Can't believe I am rating this a 5 star but, well deserved. Walked in and immediately was welcomed by the cashier. Polite, respectful, well mannered. Food was well prepared and the manager stopped by to ensure they met my expectations. Will definitely visit this facility again. Thank you staff at this location.
