Whataburger

Burger was delicious. Our service was timely and friendly. Fries were perfectly crispy. As usual, I love spicy ketchup. I will be back.

This is my first time having Whataburger. They don't have them in the Pacific Northwest. I normally avoid carbs, but tonight I decided not to. I'm sure I'll probably crash when I get back to my hotel, but it is what it is. I still needed to hit my protein goals, so I kept that in mind. I ordered a Whataburger Patty Melt (49g of protein) and a Triple Meat Whataburger with cheese and add jalapenos (roughly 65 grams of protein). 114 grams, total. The patty melt was perfect. Not really sure what else to say other than I want another. The Triple Meat Whataburger was excellent as well. My eyes were bigger than my stomach today because that was difficult to finish. It's a pretty big burger! Next time I will ask for no mustard, though. They went a little heavy on mine. The fries tasted pretty

It was before noon. Everything was perfect . I ordered Cobb salad and double meat junior burger onion rings and lrg chocolate shake. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Thanks

Add an extremely horrible experience of one of the managers he tried to act like he was higher than anybody they're treating his stuff horribly news flash buddy you work in fast food I will be contacting the Texas Labor boardMr. Aaron. Needs to be fired or replaced or have serious training done I will not be coming back anytime soon with this manager being on duty he was horrible extremely rude ignored people I hate to do this to not come back cuz Whataburger has been a big part of my life but will be calling Texas labor board on this Whataburger location because of this manager

Unfortunately, this has not been an isolated incident. On my most recent visit, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich meal, yet received an incorrect item instead. While occasional mistakes can happen, the frequency of errors at this location has become unacceptable. I typically do not escalate concerns unless there is a consistent pattern, and this location has repeatedly failed to provide accurate orders during morning hours. This suggests a possible issue with training, supervision, or quality control that may require management review. As a paying customer, I expect basic order accuracy and food quality standards to be met.
