Whataburger

Had to try the Green Chili Double Cheeseburger today. It was excellent. Added some of their Chili Verde sauce to it and definitely made that burger a 10! They were pretty swamped with drive thru, walk ins, take outs, etc...but that crew was pumping out the chow like nobody's business. Very clean inside too. Jasmine stood out! Polite, smiling, providing status on orders, bringing out orders. She kept the machine well oiled. Thanks to all of you!

Stopped in to grab breakfast to go and was pretty annoyed to find no utensils included. This is breakfast food - not finger food. Obviously utensils are needed. It’s a small detail, but it matters when you’re eating on the go. Please do better with the basics.

SYLVIA WAS HER NAME. My coworkers and I decided on Whataburger for lunch. We ordered the box. When I arrived to pick it up I was greeted by the cashier who then alerted the manager I was there to pick it up. I witnessed the manager involved and helping her team pack orders. She promptly walked out with my box and introduced herself and then eve offered to walk the box out to the car as I had other bags in my hand. I was very taken back by the customer service I received today. Everyone was in good spirits and it makes it so much better when you can walk into an establishment and not feel like you are a bother which seems common these days lately. Thank you so much Sylvia and team. We will be back here for more lunches.

Its no wonder you only have 3 stars; your service is horrible. You should be protected for serving cold fries. Have the decency, better yet the intelligence to put the fries down a little later so they'll be fresh. DONT BUY THIS FOOD

Every time I come here, they mess up my order. The only reason I still come back is because we don’t have a Whataburger where I live, and I grew up having fond memories of this place growing up in Austin. This location needs to rethink being a part of this chain, because it has tarnished the brands legacy for me
