Whataburger

I had a really good experience here. The food tasted fresh and was made just right. Everything came out hot and the service was fast, which I appreciate at a fast food place. You can tell they care about the quality of the food. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I’ll definitely be coming back here.

They truly go out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and taken care of, and it makes every visit stand out. The building itself is spotless, bright, and fresh inside—it’s clear that they take pride not only in their food but also in maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere. Can't think of a more pleasurable experience than what I had at the Prattville Whataburger. Fries? Hot and done just right! Burger exactly cooked and ready to eat. Down side no sodas. But I'm sure that has been corrected by now. Can't wait to return.

Love Whataburger. This location has had more misses than hits. Visit today I waited over 20 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger with fries. Somehow the burger just tasted of sweet bread, mustard, and a bacon flavor from La Croix. Not the usual highlight that Whataburger usually delivers. Trash cans overflowing even after watching someone check them. After 1pm so not even peak lunch hour with tons of employees meandering around.
