Whataburger

Only one helping us was Gladys the older lady everyone else was rude it was dirty before the lady started cleaning up and the kids just stood around never in my 50 years have I ever seen such an un professional place my burger fell apart and it was soggy and the girl who brought the food out didn’t bring the ranch I already paid for and then made me pay again for them

I been to this location a few times But this time I’m furious Due to the fact I order 2 double bacon cheeseburgers and fries Lmao!!!! Serious I got 2 single patties with soggy , cracking buns and after I was told that the fries are going to be fresh … Maury could come out of retirement to tell you that was LIE!!!! and the fries came out cold (as usually) !!!!! I have no idea what is going on. But I rather go make the trip to rockwall (30mins away) to get whataburger than spend my money at a place that cant get an order right …. Disappointed in every way

(RAW CHICKEN SANDWICH) 7/13/25 11:00pm Hey guys If you are looking for a place that serves medium rare chicken sandwiches I would recommend this location. No but seriously, took about 3 bites before I realized it was a little chewy to look and discover it was pretty much completely raw. I promptly came back and was given a refund and a $20 gift card for additional compensation. Honestly don’t feel like that’s enough for poisoning me. Ended my night making myself throw up what I had ate. I’ve been to this location twice since I’ve lived close by and both times been extremely displeased with the food. Decided to leave this review after seeing the other many recent bad reviews, obviously something is going wrong at this location and hopefully this gets someone’s attention to hold responsible

I came through the drive thru this afternoon with my mom. We pulled up in two separate cars, but she ended up paying for my meal. My mom was very upset because she had to repeat her order 2-3 times for them to finally ring it up correctly. Mind you, me and her are the only people in the drive thru. My turn rolled around, and I asked for an avocado bacon burger, dry. The lady taking my order was very rude, and made me feel like an inconvenience for ordering. Once I got home (which is 20 mins away) My mom’s burger is wrong, and my avocado bacon burger still had sauces on it, and one strip of bacon and barely any avocado. Terrible service and terrible food. Please do better…

Relativity new Whataburger, seems to still have some kinks to work out with getting orders wrong, but that comes with time I guess. What can I say bad about the food itself? Nothing, same for years and always will be. They actually have some pretty good salads too! UPDATE: I have given this Whataburger NUMEROUS times and tries to get my order right but after SIX attempts in a row to have them get it right or hot. There is always something wrong with my order. Today I went inside to give them the benefit of a doubt, only to be served a cold, soggy, sloppy mess that is not indicative of a Whataburger. 15 minutes in the restaurant with no one else in there, I was served COLD French fries, a soggy cold burger.
