This Whataburger is absolutely wonderful! From the moment I stepped through the doors, it was like finding the last puzzle piece in the box—everything just clicked. The restaurant was spotless, with every corner tidied like it was expecting company. It had the kind of atmosphere that wraps around you like a warm quilt on a cold morning. Always a good experience. Sometimes it just smells so good we have to go by. I love the limited collection cups, perfect for big drinks at home. Their spicy ketchup is top tier. The dining room is always clean and everyone is nice and accommodating.

Dear Whataburger Team, I want to share my recent experience at your location after purchasing a meal for my team at our business — something we regularly do and usually look forward to. On this visit, I ordered the 10-pack of Whataburgers along with a large order of onion rings and fries. When I got back and opened the bags, I was surprised and disappointed to find that the fries were barely there — the portion was clearly incomplete. Even more surprising, my “large” order of onion rings contained only four rings. At first, I thought perhaps someone had generously added a few extra rings, but I quickly realized that this was actually the full order. I returned to the store to address the issue and showed photos of what I had received. I was polite throughout, but the response I got made

I work nearby and often come here for lunch, but 9 of 10 times my order is wrong. I am really tired of it. When I use the drive-thru, my order is always made wrong. Today I asked for no onions on my burger, but it still had onions. I only noticed it after I drove off. I am not going to drive all the way back just to fix a mistake that should not happen in the first place. It is frustrating and disappointing, especially when it keeps happening. I threw away that burger and just wasted my money.

Constantly this place doesnt make the correct orders. I order a junior burger with no pickle and it was only pickles. For gods sake guys. Be focused in what you are doing. You have one job. This might be a minor mistake by you, however i have a little kid that is crying about her order. And it happens almost always. I think the owners should know
