Whataburger

Now that I'm seeing all the one star review I know it's not just me. I just started working in Terrell and my first visit to this Whataburger was last week. I ordered Potato taquitos and waited a long time for my food. When I finally got back to work I bit into it and there's chunks of sausage in it. This may not be that big of an issue to some of you but I simply don't eat pork. It absolutely disgusts me. There's huge cross contamination concerns here and their food safety processes seem lacking. If you have food allergies I would be wary eating here. I once again tried them again today hoping it was a one off deal and ordered a potato taquito and requested a shelled egg instead of the box stuff they use. Same eggs they use for the breakfast burger. I was rudely told "We don't do that."

This is my favorite location usually! Asked for extra onions. Had less than 5. Paid for grilled jalapeños; not grilled; onion rings were crumbs; fries cold; replacement fries salted to the max. Burger was lukewarm but tasty The cashier was nice & patient

There was some kind of equipment with a rusty screw in my salad. I ate some of the salad before discovering it and that was very upsetting. The manager apologized but unfortunately i can’t imagine ever eating here again

I don't recommend this place. The floor was covered in water, the drinks were disgusting. I asked them to give me my money back, and they gave me a dirty look instead of apologizing. I asked for mayonnaise and ketchup, they didn't bring it. Horrible place.

Drive thru order. Number 7 with cheese no tomatoes. I seriously had to wait 15 minutes at the drive thru window. I honked and was ignored. If I had not already paid I would have driven off. Two others behind me drove off and went next door to Taco Cabana. I should have checked my order. I get home and it was an Avocado burger. I can’t go back because I had to get back to my work meetings. Very frustrating service. What is even worse is the lack of customer support and acknowledgment of my poor experience. They just don’t care
