Great Italian sandwich spot by the beach, Everything is super fresh. The sitting area inside and out was comfortable, clean, and organized. Staff was nice and friendly. My lady and I had the Arthur Ave and the Fully Loaded. (added mayo) to the fully loaded. Ooooff, amazing! The Focaccia bread and seeded bread were really good, Soft but with that perfect toast/crunch. I went back up to the counter to order a bag of chips and I believe it was the owner that kindly said don’t worry about it, next time and gave me the chips on the house, that was nice of him and I really appreciated that. Thanks again! looking forward to trying the other sandwiches on the menu soon. Stay Relentless Guys, keep up the great customer service and great vibes.

AMAZING can not say enough. Professional, clean Italiano sub shop Fresh MOZZARELLA. Not sliced store bought crap. Thick tomatoes and a amazing chicken cutlets. I stumbled across this shop after getting my hair cut neat by.... I'll be returning many more times. If you want a reasonably priced, amazing tasting authentic Italiano subs.. this will be the last sub shop you search for. Simply 👏 amazing.

Hands down the best sub shop around! Everything tastes super fresh — the bread, the meats, the veggies, all of it. You can tell they actually care about quality. The staff is friendly and fast, and the place is always clean and chill. My go-to is the Milano, and it’s made perfectly every single time, loaded with flavor and just the right balance of everything. Way better than any chain sub place. If you’re hungry and want something legit, you’ve got to stop here.

My husband and I ordered a Buto sandwich and were planning on splitting a half of a half—we killed the entire thing in less than five minutes—I don’t even have a picture to share. It was phenomenal! I’ll definitely come back and explore the menu but also happy to get this same sandwich again. Also, try their espresso—really strong but delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Stopped by WhatSub, and the owners were super friendly and recommended The Buto. Great call. Crispy chicken cutlets with creamy pink sauce, pesto, and fresh mozzarella were perfectly balanced, and the focaccia was crisp on the outside, soft inside, and held up to all the sauce without getting soggy. They even give extra pink sauce on the side, which was a great touch. Messy in the best way and seriously satisfying. Easily one of the best grinders I’ve had. I’ll definitely be back.
