Which Wich?

We got off the interstate specifically to come to this establishment as it is my favorite spot that’s not longer offered where I live. We have ordered here before when we are traveling through. We got back on the road only for me to find that my sandwich wasn’t correct. When I came in to address the issue, the young lady was not very accommodating at all. She looked at me as if she saw no problem even though I was explaining to her the problem. After repeating myself she still looked at me like there was no problem. I then asked her should I take my sandwich and go, there was no response. I picked up my sandwich and left. These sandwiches aren’t cheap and it was very disappointing that no customer care was acknowledged.

Super nice staff friendly. Seems like family ran for you that don't know which wich is a unique sub chain. They even have their own mountain dew. Cool concept. Tasty subs restaurant was clean. Brand new check out my pictures as well

My son & me came in today for the first time! The staff was so friendly, cheerful & a sweet lady came from behind the corner to show us how to place our order. Our subs were delicious! We will definitely be back!!

The concept is great! The development of the sandwich not so great IMO. Definitely, not a Subway, Jersey Mike's or Jimmy John's. First time visiting, ordered the wicked. The bread was delicious. The protein on this sandwich is ham, bacon and pepperoni. I ordered the regular. They put 1 piece of bacon, 1 extremely, finely cut, piece of ham and what looked like 3 pieces of pepperoni.

Which wich use to give a great amount of veggies on their subs. This one barely gave any and it's dry as dry can be with mayo and vinegar. I understandgoing easy but come on. Not even worth the price I paid for this. Contacted customer service for a refund.
