Fire time here . Place is clean , convenient location , the service is on point and friendly and the ordering process is easy! My son really liked the French dip and my Italian grinder was toasted perfectly and full of flavor . Would come back and most definitely recommend!

Not happy with the service. I had barely any meat on the sandwich in which I get the wicked minus the pepperoni but wanted add extra ham. When I complained about the sandwich I was told that's how it is and was laughed at when I walked away unsatisfied. They acted like they didn't care what I said. It will be the last time I visit this store.

We were overcharged for our sandwich. Posted price (see pic) was $17.75. We were charged $22.75 (see pic) . How many people choose not to get the receipt and are being robbed by their dishonesty? A positive star reflection for the service, as the young men at the counter were willing to refund us when they were unable to ring us up at the advertised price. Our sandwich, although free, was not made with the ingredients we had requested, leaving us with a bland and dry sandwich. The music was far too loud for a crowded space and for individuals like myself who have auditory sensory difficulties. Overall a negative experience from a couple who traveled in from Richmond specifically for Which Wich since they have left the Richmond market.

This was my 3rd visit. I was visiting my hometown, so I decided to stop there. I must say that this is first time the food did not meet my expectations. Some of my fries were undercooked. Mayo missing from my sandwich.

A fun sandwich shop that uses the fast casual, assembly line style. The service was fine and everyone there served with a smile and was attentive to question. I got a Buffalo Chicken and Bleu, I thought it would be Buffalo Chicken with Blue Cheese, but it seems I have no clue what am doing. So you pick to the large menu that takes bit of time to think about, then I choose buffalo chicken + bleu, I assume its that quality buffalo chicken with some bleu cheese, so then there is an option for buffalo sauce and blue cheese and am like well if the chicken is buffalo flavored then why I need the sauce, adding more for no reason? Then same with the bleu, so I have to make my choices again? Am confused... I try to ask, but I didn't convey myself well. So I got the sub and it tasted like deli ch
