White Castle

There was a line of people waiting to order. They were moving the line pretty fast. The self serve drink station was quite dirty. Some tables were dirty but I found one that would suffice. My cheeseburger tasted a little different but was edible. I used the restroom before I left. It was unheated and really dirty. I would recommend the drive thru.

The food was good but my fries were not hot. 96% of the dining room area is/was dirty. The floor was so sticky. I literally went to my vehicle to get a Clorox wipe just so I could clean my table. Managers should also walk the floor. A fast food restaurant should always have an associate/ employee checking the dining room. It reflects the manager on duty. I literally made my husband stay around for over 40 minutes just to see if any employee would come out from behind the counter to do a lobby check.

The last 3 times I ordered food here it was cold, and had missing items. I ordered tonight only to be told once I got there that they didn’t have American cheese or cheese sauce, so I left with nothing. Never ordering here again.

We like the food, but store is always short staffed. Employees stay busy, but not enough coverage. This last trip was a Saturday evening and drive-thru had line around store. We ate inside. Only one cashier so orders were slow, but food was coming out after short wait. Employees appear overworked, floor at register was cluttered with trash, employees don't know how to thank customers, self serve drink dispenser area is always in need of light cleaning. The burgers are good and the buns aren't soggy as they have often been in the past.

Haven't had White Castle in about 20 years. I was excited about getting it. Until I came in and got poor service and cold fries. I guess we'll try it again in 20 years.
