White Castle

Well, not really too much to say. It's the classic chain. Nothing unique about this location. It is clean. The staff are very courteous and the orders come out very quick. I'd say this one is up there for THE most quick in the state. If you have experienced quicker, I'd like to hear. I drive a lot for a living and need to stop, when I can, at different locations. This is one I know I can trust as to not get sick from. Lol. Enjoy. I do, when I need a slider n only got 12 minutes B4 I gotta be back Inda road 🛣️

I was so disappointed when I came late night for a chocolate milkshake and they weren’t available. I live in a part of Pennsylvania where there’s no WC and after cooking all day for thanksgiving and then driving the food to Jersey I agent eaten all day and that’s what I had planned to have. The reason I gave 5 stars is because the food was still great but most importantly the service provided by the young man in drive thru was SUPERB!!! He was apologetic, courteous and gave recommendations with amazing energy. Thank you so much!

Missing a sack of fries called the store he makes it seem as if I’m lying no utensils no ketchup nothing in the bag food is tied in a plastic bag making the steam make the food cold wet and soggy terrible service I’ll never order from here again Paterson White Castle would never

They are very rude at the speaker when we asked for our food to Be done in a specific way they gave a attitude and left the speaker and said “I’m done goodbye” and didint finish our order we had to pull up and wait 20 minutes for our food after that…. It’s ridiculous what we have to put with here. Don’t come to this White Castle unless you want a fake punch to the face with how they treat you

I come in the morning before work to get breakfast and all I have to say is THANK YOU! If it wasn’t for your breakfast I wouldn’t even get up for work . Morning crew excellent!! everything is always fresh and the young lady in the drive thru have very good customer service
