White Castle

I'm a huge fan of White Castle, so I'm a big stickler when it comes to reviewing restaurants in this franchise. First off, the service here is probably the best I have ever experienced at a White Castle. They are friendly and talkative. Food was great, even with my custom order. Most franchises forget to steam your bun when you ask for no onions. The staff here remembers.

I have been stopping at this WC for 15 years because the inside is always open for us drivers. So my co driver goes to the door at 11:50 and the staff member locks the door and stays they are closed. This has NEVER in my 15 years of coming here. So my co driver calls in and she says the drive thur is open but you can't wall up. I would always order a 30 pack with cheese, fries and drinks. I guess I will mark this place to stop at as expedite straight truck driver's can't go through the drive-thru.

Employee at the counter was friendly. We waited 10 minutes for our sliders and had to go back to the counter because 2 sliders were missing from our order. Manager fixed issue quickly. The inside of the restaurant was dirty, and I couldn't find one clean table. Food was ok.

I’ve wanted to go to here since the first time I saw Harold & Kumar go to White Castle, about 10 years ago. I was driving back from California with my family and I made sure this was somewhere we went before crossing the border. I was happy to go. The best was to put it is it didn’t disappoint but it didn’t exceed my expectations. I had 2 chicken, 2 bacon & 2 regular sliders. The chicken were better than I thought, I only got them because someone recommended it. The burgers were pretty good but after a while I got a bad aftertaste like old grease or something like that. The staff were friendly and the place was like any fast food place I went to. We don't have these in Kansas. So experiencing this fast food place first hand was nice. The food tasted great and the staff was polite and helpful even though they forgot to give me part of my order (small fry, no big deal). This particular location wasn't too clean though. The tables were but some of the windowsill s and chairs were dirty. Mens Bathroom was immaculate though.
