The lady (maybe the owner) was so nice. I ordered two steak and cheese hoagies. She was so quick with making them and very polite. I enjoyed looking at the old Scranton town photos she had on the walls. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere. My hoagie was a steak and cheese with lettuce and tomato, very delicious. I will be back to eat here again for sure. Thank you

Cheese steak for the ages! Jordan maintains the tradition in this Southside gem that has been slinging steaks since '72. Vintage vibe and even has a record player and a stack of albums. His copy of Credence Clearwater Revival's "Willie and the Poor Boys" caught my eye. They have cheese steaks and fries down for sure, if you're in the area, stop in, if you aren't in the area, make a reason to get here. You won't be disappointed.

Just the nicest lady and absolutely the best cheese steak My fat butt can remember don't miss this this place you will regret it and the fries kick ass if your looking for a food truck they even got that too

Ordered two cheesesteaks, 1 with mushrooms, banana peppers, and onions, the other with lettuce and mayo. Also chili cheese fries. The hoagies and fries were not that great. The hoagies were bland, no flavor except you could taste the peppers. The steak was more like hamburger. The chili cheese fries also bland, and the portion was not worth 6.75 even though menu said 6.25. They charged $1 each for the lettuce, mushrooms, and peppers. I can see charging $1 for both mushrooms and peppers but not each, and $1 for lettuce which wasn't even a handful is a little ridiculous. $30 for two hoagies and fries is outrageous. Will never order here again. Sticking with Southside bowl they have the best food and prices. Could have ordered the same thing at southside bowl it tastes so much better and got

Average at best! Does any hoagie shop in Scranton understand it’s all about the roll? Apparently not. Like every other place in Scranton their rolls taste like a hot dog bun! Makes me want to open a real Sub shop with real sub rolls, and I just may, watch out South side! Also your a deli, and you don’t have deli pepperoni?
