As another review stated, the root beer float was an approximately 10 ounce plastic cup of ice cream presented with a can of root beer minus a few ounces poured into the cup of ice cream. All this for only $7.50. Hell, the root beer float at a state park on an island was cheaper. All in all, this place was right in line with this resort town prices. Unlike another reviewer's opinion, I wasn't overly impressed with the location.

Ordered a root beer float, price was $7.50 plus tax and tip if so inclined. 20 seconds later the server shoved out a can of A&W root beer and a scoop of ice cream in a cup. Not quite what I was expecting. Nice location so I give it two stars.

Not too much seating, but this ice cream was meant to be enjoyed walking the quaint town of Alex Bay! My cream was delicious and refreshing - a great time making memories with my beloved wife. Would definitely go back.

Always have excellent strawberry sundaes here! I’ve read the girls have attitude but they’ve never been anything but nice. Considering it’s over 100 degrees in that shack cut them some slack.

Super busy for pirate weekend, which is fine. Got some of our food, but they forgot the rest. We politely asked for a refund and the cashier threw the money out the window. Had to chase it down the street. Never ever ever support this business that doesn’t respect its customers. Avoid at all costs!
