Wienerschnitzel

I have eaten at wienerschnitzel in many many cities. Here in amarillo we have a diamond store with an exemplary employee. I go about 2-3 times a week and this cashier reciept says Barbara always always gets my order correct, hot, fresh. And friendly. I mean very nice with superior customer service skills. I really cant say how refreshing it is to hear her voice and know I have absolutely nothing to worry about. Let's go Weinersnitchel and thank you Team you truly Shine.

There's not much to say. It's Wienerschnitzel. It looks like it used to be an old DQ. They could have added a little more chili to the chili-cheese fries. Oh, and you will be charged extra for relish on your dogs.

I live in talecro Oklahoma and I went to Amarillo Texas to see if my son and I always eat at wienerschnitzel on Ross Street and they're always very good and it's the right amount of food and the people are so nice there and they talk to you and if you have a question they can answer it

05/13/22 - It was my first time going to a Weinerschnitzel in a VERY long time. I chose the drive-thru, placed my order, and pulled up to the window. The young man Hayden - apparently new to the position - greeted my pleasantly, but I noticed on the receipt that he'd missed the Wild Berry Floats. When I brought it to his attention, he quickly recognized his mistake, apologized, and rang them up - even granting me a discount (with supervisor Barbara's approval) because the mistake was his. While the Chili Cheese Dog, the Chicago Dog, and the Chili Cheese Fries (don't forget the Wild Berry Floats!) were very tasty, it was Hayden's mature handling of his mistake that impressed me the most. Great job, Hayden! I will return specifically because of your excellent service. VERDICT: VERY GOOD FO

Location was OK right off the freeway. The guy came from dry through to the front counter to take. My order was very polite. Food was great hot and fresh. The only problem I had with this location was while I was waiting for my food. Another gentleman came in to order his. Food and the young lady at the counter that was helping them. Didn't ask if he was ready. She just stood there and complete silence. Took his order didn't give him the amount of the order and didn't say thank you at the end. Maybe she couldn't speak or maybe she was just rude. You're not happy at your job. Look for something else, but the food was great.
