Wilder House Berkshires

We had a wonderful stay at Wilder House. We arrived very late after a long drive, and check-in was simple and stress-free. Walking into such a beautifully charming, comfortable, and spotless inn was exactly what we needed. Our host, Laura, was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The next morning she made us a delicious French toast breakfast. Her warmth and attention made the stay feel extra special. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again the next time we visit the area. Highly recommend!

We contacted Wilkuma because we wanted a management company that handled both guests and property care. They’ve delivered on both. Communication is clear and timely, and the home is consistently cleaned and inspected between stays. The Guesty owner portal is a nice feature. We always know when the house is booked. One time, they let us know about a small issue with a door lock and had it fixed before the next booking. That proactive approach shows professionalism. Everything has been running smoothly, and we finally feel comfortable owning a vacation rental. Wilkuma has been dependable and easy to work with, and I’d recommend them without hesitation.

Wonderful night at a wonderful Band B. Room was attractive, extremely clean and comfortable. A great blend of tasteful aged and new . Shared common areas were perfect for some evening reading and coffee. New bathroom and shower were great, bed was comfortable affording a restful night. Breakfast was very good 9 French toast and bacon for me and veggie quiche for the better 1/2. Brad was the most gracious host and spent a good bit of time genuinely interested in his guests. A 10 0f 10 does not do rating justice to Wilder House. Wish we could have stayed another night.

Wilkuma has made managing our Stockbridge property for a few months and it has so far been simple and stress-free. So far bookings have been somewhat slow, but we just booked some weeks in the Summer. From listing setup to guest support, everything feels well thought out. The local team is responsive and professional, and they know the Berkshires market. When a guest had a minor question during their stay, Wilkuma handled it without looping us in unnecessarily. That alone has been a huge relief. The home is always clean and well-maintained after each stay. We feel confident leaving our property in their hands. I’d definitely recommend Wilkuma to other homeowners looking for full-service management.

The Wilder House is charming, comfortable, and lovely. The house and decor are absolutely beautiful, with no detail forgotten. Our room was comfortable and spacious. We stayed here for a short winter Berkshires trip and it was absolutely perfect! There is a dining room with games, a cozy living room with a working fireplace and comfy furnishings. We loved it!!
