Wilkes-Barre Department of Public Works

Yesterday was so windy that I had two trash bag stickers fall off and it fell on my grass. #pic 1 As you can see you have 2 employees that notices it in picture #2 and pic #3 decides to just take the sticker off the ground and now in his right hand ( my hard working $4 ) and he decides to take the lazy road and throw it away in the DPW truck instead of reattaching it back on the trash bag and taking the trash with him. No, he decides to take the sticker and leave my two trashbags as if he didn't see anything and basically stole my hardworking $4.

I been in Wilkes barre for almost three years now and ever since I been here I been have problems with them picking up my garbage. When I first move out here I was told they give you two garbage cans I didn’t have any wen I called DAVE PICKED UP DA PHONE I TOLD HIM I DIDNT NO GARBAGE CANS AND HE TOLD ME I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM. garbage was supposed to be picked up Tuesday here It is Friday and my garbage still sitting outside my house.

I've lived in the city for 6 years, and honestly don't have on complaint for the dept. of public works. They do a great job in the worst of weather. Thank you!

I just moved recently to Wilkes barres and the trash collection system it’s horrible we have to wait a week for collection and for anything that’s not below in to the recycle they don’t pick up the recycle

The City didn't pick up my yard wasted for three weeks and the Target Building been down for two months and I haven't been pick up on my street! I have three cans filled with yard wasted and I need to have them come up and take them so I can keep cleaning my yard up. Please come up the Street and get them and I live in the Rear of Harry Street and plus someone is throwing their yard wasted over the banks too which I don't know who doing it!
