Excellent diversity of students and teachers for those willing to actively seek out and see-through to a first class education within an accessible and inclusive institution. After graduation I went on to receive a J.D. and Ivy League accreditations and couldn't be more thankful for the real-world and academically qualified professors at WP. This school is a goldmine if you dig, truly!

Really great diverse campus with small class sizes and professors who seem to care. The only negative is the financial aid office sometimes is not the most helpful but all in all a good college

William Paterson’s campus is honestly pretty nice—there’s a lot of green space, and the layout feels open and welcoming, especially when the weather’s good. But when it comes to tuition, it does feel a bit steep for what you get. For in-state students, you’re looking at around $16,748 a year for tuition and fees, and if you’re from out of state, it jumps to about $24,464. That’s not even counting room, board, and other expenses, which can add another $13,000 or so. While the facilities are decent and the campus is pleasant, I feel that the overall experience and resources don’t always match up to the price tag, especially compared to other state schools. Financial aid helps for many, but the sticker shock is real if you’re paying full price.

WPU's motto is Willpower, which has caused me to challenge myself in ways I didn't think were possible. While I am only online, I plan to attend the campus full-time in the fall. If you are not ready to challenge yourself, you'd not be a good fit for the school.

I love this school. I have attended 3 other institutions and WP is by far the best school. I love the culture, the atmosphere of it. I never had problems finding parking so I am not sure what people are talking about. I am attending evening classes and have taken day time classes a few times. The staff is always very helpful and respond in a timely manner. The professors are wonderful and are always there to give you that extra support you may need. It is also located in a such a nice area.
