Willie’s Gourmet Cafe

Stopped in when. Was waiting for my car at TP brake and muffler next door. They’ve got Utica coffee, fresh bagels (made in house) and a variety of other goodies. I met Willie and he told me this is the second location; the original is on north genesee st. I had a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and it was delicious. I’ll definitely stop in again!

Very good food, and THE BEST cream cheese I've ever had. The Whole Grain Everything bagel was awesome, I can't wait to go back! We also got lots of other flavors to take home, and the hot bagels smelled very tempting in the car. Laid back, comfortable morning vibes were in the air, and the friendly staff was very polite. Overall a very positive experience that I would definitely recommend.

The food at Willie’s is excellent — always fresh, flavorful, and consistently good. However, the service could use some improvement. Each time I’ve ordered, I’ve noticed one of the female staff members with red hair tends to have an attitude, which makes the experience less enjoyable. A little more friendliness and professionalism would make this place perfect because the food truly deserves five stars.

Food was really good! People were nice! Ambiance was nice. I really liked the spicy mex style burrito, without Jalapeño's it was perfect!

There was a giant bug in my iced coffee. I’ve never had any issues with the Genesee St. location. This was from the Oriskany St. Location. I spent $60 on DoorDash just to get Willie’s for the office and no one could even eat after we saw my coffee. Whole order gone to waste. Safe to say I will never order from there again.
