Willy's Mexicana Grill

I don’t do a lot of reviews on fast food restaurants, but this one deserves a mention. Portions are generous, food fresh, with service and atmosphere very nice. My wife had a huge southwest salad and had an adobe bowl, with drinks and we shared a macadamia nut cookie.

Ordered here for the first time and I am not impressed. My burrito barely had anything inside of it. I counted 3 pieces of chicken, 2 long green peppers and about 4/5 long strings of onions. I gave 2 stars because the flavor was okay but it was not filling. It comes in a bowl with rice/beans, green stuff, red tomatoes I’m assuming is there version of pico de gallo? And sour cream. Not pleasing at all. I will not reorder. Too much burrito not enough filling.

This used to be one of my favorite places to grab lunch or even dinner. But as of late, the customer service is still good, but the food not so much. I don't know if they made receipe changes or what. But either way I still give it a try sometimes and just ask for a remake if its not the food quality that I'm used to receiving. Today was simply awful! I asked for a regular veggie quesadilla. I had asked for not to much cheese and extra rice and veggies....I had a short lunch break and I didn't want anything heavy. I make my way to the cashier, as I am cashing out, I noticed that my order is being trashed and remade, they even asked me what I had on it without explaining what happened. I confirmed what I had, but I was feeling uneasy because I had witnessed the level of cheese and rice that

Staff is very friendly and efficient! Even the manager comes by to check your dining experience! This is so rare in our current climate, but I really appreciate it!

Great place to go eat. They have the best service, atmosphere , and great quality food, the staff is so polite. They are my go to eating spot to go eat at, love their food. I went in the morning to get myself some food and the staff was so kind to me they got my order right and the customer service was very good. I would definitely recommend coming here to eat.
