Wilson Doughnut Shop

Visited for the first time and brought the extended family. Small shop so we did crowd a bit (sorry!) but the donuts were super good! Also ordered a chicken egg biscuit and oh my goodness it was amazing. Huge sandwich with a very generous piece of chicken. Prices seemed very affordable, especially the combo specials. Would like to visit again to explore the menu more

I always love the Doughnut Shop and we didn't normally get the savory there but decided to this time. I'm not sure how they're out of biscuits and grits by 10 AM but that was the case. We went with the croissant instead of the biscuit sandwich and it was pretty dang tasty! Pleasantly surprised.

Stopped to get donuts. Selection was sad. My kid didn’t even find one he liked. Ordered two steak egg n cheese biscuits and a sausage biscuit. Got home to find out we got one hot dog egg n cheese biscuit instead of two steak egg n cheese biscuits. One totally wrong and another missing. They told me to bring the food back for a refund or to have it made again. We waited fifteen minutes for our food there and drove 20 minutes home excited to enjoy breakfast and found out our whole order is wrong so that isn’t happening. Refused to issue a refund over the phone and hung up on me when I mildly vented my frustration toward them. Attached picture of their “steak egg n cheese biscuit. This place is a joke all the way around.

I went in to get a cheese biscuit. The drive-thru attendant told me it'll be about a 40 minutes wait. I actually waited 45 minutes. So I waited in the parking lot. And when I went back up to the drive thru window she stated it'll be a 35 minute wait .I clearly stated that I just waited 45 minutes.This was my first time going to this place.Either she just didn't want to serve me or the customer service is just that bad. I will not be going back.

Took too long to cook steak sandwich then it was hard and greasy.staff didn't know who ordered what.Another customer order sausage biscuit they bring him out a plain piece of meat no biscuit. He said he ordered a biscuit to go with it she ask what kind. They leave you standing there waiting on your order and dont say anything you have to ask and then they have an attitude. Maybe I just picked the wrong day to go.But my last.I had rather make the drive to Krispy Cream and McDonald's for breakfast which isn't saying much for the breakfast part
