Winchell's Donut House

I haven't been inside a Winchell's for a very long time and glad I was able to go to my hometown one. We went in about 12 am and this place was stocked with all kinds of delicious looking donuts.

They usually have good service but in my recent visit at about 10:30 pm the worker couldn't hear me well, I ordered a pizza bagel and it was heated for 10 seconds so it wasn't cooked at all and had to heat it myself at home.

Poor service very rude female working there. I asked her please give me a coffee half regular and half French vanilla . She said no !! The French vanilla creamer is over there!! I said no I’ve ordered this coffee all the time. She said no!! She kept arguing and I left never again. Bad customer service!! Never argue with a customer!!! Hire more friendly staff that want to work there. Like the one in commerce !! Super friendly !!

Always clean, staff friendly, always greeted when you walk in. Good menu
