Winchell's Donut House

This place is good as a filler if Nothing else is open. The service is so bad. Good luck trying to place an order over the phone if speak English. They dont understand. And if you try and clarify they give you attitude. I’ve ordered over the phone more than once and they constantly pass each other the phone because they don’t understand my instruction.

I like their fruit juices. But they are often out of carrot. Drinking a pressed juice makes me feel better about eating a doughnut.

Not gonna sugarcoat it, the lady who was at the front literally acted like she didn't understand a word I said, plus she kept raising her voice like she had an attitude or something like what the heck. Not cool man. Unfortunately Im not seeing too much friendliness in these public places and thats just really sad, plus it pisses me off too, but what can we say.

I've loved Winchell's as a Donut shop for over 50 years (various locations) however this location with customer service and initiating good and consistent customer service needs a lot to be desired & might I add a real and vask understanding and comprehension of the English language needs to be implemented even just on the most basic levels ..

The memories of Saturday mornings of my dad interrupting cartoons with Winchell's 🍩. Is a memory Iwill never forget!! Yummy THANK YOU WINCHELL'S
