Beef on stick is terrible. Crab Rangoons decent Ribs a lil dry and fried rice was delicious

I went on Sunday, 9/14/25 at 1pm. I bought cold sesame noodles and chicken noodle soup. I got severe food poisoning. They need to be aware and more careful how they handle our food. I'm grateful my elderly mother didn't have any.

I’ve tried many other Chinese restaurants around the area and I must say Wing Sing Kitchen is my favorite go - to -place when I’m feeling hungry. Their prices are affordable and reasonable, and the food often taste delicious. What I like most about this restaurant is that they don’t use a lot of salt ( sodium ) in their food which helps with high blood pressure and heart related issues, all the while keeping the food stating delicious and satisfying. There were few times their fried chicken wings turned out to be burnt but that was just a few bad days. Other times the wings were top notch. I so love their bone-in spare ribs! I’m deaf and I’m theur regular customer. I highly recommend this place.

Very friendly and always delivers on quality of the food. I always recommend this place to everyone I meet and no one has ever been disappointed! Best Chinese in the Hudson Valley! My favorite!

I should have kept reading the reviews about the food being tasteless they were right. Firsf time trying this place and it is my last. When I entered the establishment it was extremely cold there was no heater on. The workers and the front person were all bundled up. That should have been my sign but I wanted to give them a chance. I ordered the egg drop soup and vegetable chow mei fun. $15+. The egg drop soup was like water with hardly any taste and there was barely any egg in the soup. So to add flavor I add the chow mei fun to the soup and noticed right away these tiny pieces of black things floating in my soup. Not sure what it is but not long after that my stomach started to feel weird. I couldn't finish the food. Just wasted my money. I would recommend eating somehwere else.
